Participation is normally in person; however, virtual participation is permitted for participants who are unable to attend.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made on or before 15 July, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded via bank transfer (upon request).
No refunds will be issued after 15 July.

Notes

At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference
Students may be required to provide proof of student status.
The Optional Event fee applies only to participants who choose to attend the event.
Any credit card transaction fees are the responsibility of the participant.
