Registration

Participation is usually in person; however, virtual participation is permitted for participants who are unable to attend.

Cancellation Policy

• For cancellations made on or before 15 July, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded via bank transfer (upon request).
• No refunds will be issued after 15 July.

Notes

• At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference
• Students may be required to provide proof of student status.
• The Optional Event fee applies only to participants who choose to attend the event.
• Any credit card transaction fees are the responsibility of the participant.
